CFM Air Conditioning use a Cloud-based Job Service Management System – simPRO Periodic and Routine Maintenance for all jobs so you can view, track and monitor all our work.

simPro can generate a periodic or routine maintenance task automatically, by generating tasks at regular intervals, e.g. daily, weekly, months and annually.

Your “Task” will be saved to the Periodic Task List as a template, and will not yet appear in the Current Task List. Each time that a due date arrives, the template will automatically generate a Task that will be placed in the Current Task List.

When using simPRO, we will avoid the embarrassment of being called by our clients to tell us that no one has turned up to perform the routing maintenance task, or worse, that their job has failed. The automated Task system generates and schedules Periodic Tasks, and we have peace of mind knowing that simPRO is taking care of it for us. Out service technicians are equipped with the latest technology iPads, along with individual licenses to our simPRO specialist service management software. Your technician can sign in and out of the site, and at the same time, an email of the service report is provided to your nominated email address. If further work is required, an email is also sent to our sales team, where you designated account manager will receive immediate notification of the further work, and will provide you with recommendations and a firm quote on the same day.
