Project: Design and installation of new mechanical equipment
CFM Air Conditioning was contacted for the replacement of the air conditioning systems installed in the late 90s and early 2000’s for this prestigious automobile manufacturer’s Melbourne showroom
Our scope of works included having the new air conditioning units connected to a new digital control system to bring them up to date with the latest HVAC technology.
CFM performed the removal, disposal and reclaim of refrigerant from the outdated HVAC units in the Porsche head office, showroom sales area, parts office and service areas.
All existing ducts were removed and disposed of and brand new ducts were supplied and installed. Building works were performed where required and the new air conditioning systems were tested and commission, with a certificate of compliance with Australian Standards were provided.
From here, ongoing preventative maintenance is still currently performed to Porsche’s high quality specifications.
