      We designed, installed, and commissioned brand new Daikin Commercial Air Conditioning equipment for 50 office suites in this high profile corporate office complex.

      Air Conditioning Control System

      Our Controls expert (Jake) installed The Intelligent Touch Manger by Daikin for this project.

      This state-of-the-Art Building Management System allows for occupants to control temperatures from a remote location. It also tracks energy consumption, identifies inefficient operation, as well as being user friendly.

        Design and Installation Services provided:

      • > The design and installation of new air conditioning equipment.
      • > Our work included the removal of approximately 25 old Hitachi and APAC model large commercial air conditioning units.
      • > We designed, supplied, installed and commissioned new energy efficient commercial Daikin Air Conditioning equipment.
      • > The BMS allows for occupants to change temperatures from a remote PC and provides superior technology.

        "Since 2008 CFM Air-conditioning has been servicing our building on Milton Parade Toorak. Throughout this time we have found the technicians to be extremely well trained and the office staff both friendly and professional. Back in 2015 CFM performed Stage 1 of our heating and cooling system upgrade in Centre Place. Following the success of this, Stage 2 was also carried out by CFM. All 50 Corporate office suites now have high efficient equipment installed. We were provided a dedicated Project Management team and a site foreman who coordinated directly with the occupants with very little requirement for us to become involved. This has been due to the attention to detail and professionalism provided.
