CFM Air Conditioning removed the redundant air conditioning units and installed multiple Temperzone rooftop packages & ducted split air conditioning units.
Works carried out include:
- The provision of new duct work, comprising of all new internally lined galvanised roof top duct work to replace the existing duct work configured for the redundant equipment.
- Frames, handers, suspension, intermediate structures and facilities for support of all mechanical plant, pipework, cable trays, and associated components of these systems and equipment
- Purpose-built custom platform to house new equipmentPower and control wiring from the Mechanical Services Switchboard (MSSB) to all mechanical equipment, with accessories including: conduits, cable trays, switch gear and all associated equipment and isolator facilities for all items required for the new roof top package units
- Provision of connection of sensors to connect the new equipment with temperature controllers
- Installed economy dampers to ensure optimum energy efficiency
- All surfaces repaired to match existing surfaces
- Testing and commissioning, including commissioning schedules, air balancing and reports of results, with allowance for coordination and attendance for commissioning of other trades
- Trained facility managers on operation of equipment
- All required commissioning to provide a fit for purpose system, local and state certifications and 12 months defects liability warranty
