The Casey Business Awards are renowned for their fair and transparent judging process, a key factor in the awards’ credibility and prestige. The process is meticulously designed to ensure that every entry is evaluated thoroughly and impartially.
Experienced and Independent Judging Panel
The judging process relies on the expertise of an independent panel of judges who are highly respected in their respective fields. This year’s panel includes professionals from diverse industry sectors, bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge to the table. Entries are judged based on detailed application forms and comprehensive responses to all questions. Each application is assessed against pre-established criteria using a numerical grading system, ensuring consistency and fairness.
Reflecting on Achievements and Strategic Planning
Businesses entering the awards are encouraged to reflect on their achievements, goals, and strategic business plans while preparing their applications. This reflection not only helps in submitting a competitive application but also provides valuable insights for future growth and development.
Site Visits to Finalists
Following the initial assessment, judges will conduct site visits to all finalists. These visits, lasting approximately 45 minutes each, allow judges to see the businesses in action and complement the assessment process. The site visits will commence approximately a week or two after the finalist announcement on Thursday, August 15.
