SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Commercial Air Conditioning / HVAC

We’re on the lookout for a Service Technician who knows their way around HVAC systems, enjoys solving problems, and wants to work close to home.

About the Role:
You’ll be out and about across Melbourne, servicing, maintaining, and fault-finding on all kinds of commercial air conditioning systems. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys autonomy, variety, and being part of a team that actually gets along.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Routine servicing and maintenance of split systems, ducted units, VRV/VRF systems, and commercial HVAC setups
  • Diagnosing faults and performing breakdown repairs
  • Completing service reports and documentation clearly
  • Liaising with clients on-site in a professional and friendly manner
  • Ensuring safe work practices at all times

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in HVAC service and maintenance (ideally 2+ years)
  • Cert III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
  • Current Refrigerant Handling Licence (ARCtick)
  • Current Driver’s Licence
  • White Card
  • A team player with a can-do attitude and good communication skills
  • Someone who’s reliable, responsible, and doesn’t need micromanaging
